returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 171(FIN)                                                                      
"An Act relating to the permanent fund dividend of an otherwise                                                                 
qualified individual who dies during the qualifying year; and                                                                   
providing for an effective date" with the following amendment:                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
          HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                                       
          NO. 171(FIN) "An Act relating to the permanent                                                                        
          fund dividend of an otherwise qualified individual                                                                    
          who dies during the qualifying year, and relating to                                                                  
          contributions from permanent fund dividends; and
